Hi guys. I was just wondering what date people this is the best time to apply? I've heard July...or August...I want to apply by August 15 and am taking the GRE July 31st, but I think I should move it back a week cuz I don't think I'm going to be ready. What do you guys think? Thanks!

Would it be better if I waited until my second GRE test scores came in before I submitted to my rolling admissions schools?
