when to apply?

ok can someone give me a timeline of when to apply
heres what i think but im not sure:

fresh - prereqs
soph - prereqs
jun - ask for LOR
senior - GRE & apply 1st semester

Looks good to me, but you need to check with EACH school you apply. They are likely to be different to certain degrees. You'd hate to miss an opportunity to attend your favorite school because you missed a date. I've seen that happen.
