Hi,

When are most applications due? When's the latest you can take the OAT?

I'm totally new at this and am a college senior, so please be patient with me. Thanks!

The latest you can take the OAT depends on each school - contact your school's admissions office for specific details. In fact, they are your most accurate source for information in optometry admissions in general so I recommend shooting them an email or giving them a call.
