When to apply?

I will be aplting to several programs for this season, but my letters of recommendation are not available to be downloaded by programs yet.
Ther is 1 LOR ready and I will have 2 more ready for downloads in 5 days. So, my question is.

Should I apply now with one LOR at the risk of having my application reviewed while incomplete

or

Should I apply say next week with 3 LOR thus a more complete application, but at the risk of not applying early enough and be waitlisted to be reviewed for a time when less interview slots are available?

What would you do? 😕

a lot of people will prob have that issue. I do. the psych residency program director at my school said they start dl'ing on the 1st, without recs. so I'm applying now.

Apply now and the LORs will be uploaded in due course of time after they reach ERAS.I do not think there is any benefit in waiting.At least if u apply now yur apllication will be up in the pile of applications.

It is not a one day process.Programs do regularly download any new LORs,trancripts,ecfmg Status reports.Programs will not review yur application until they get all the required documents in their checklist .
Programs send rejections or discard applications only after they review them and they review them only after they get all the required documents.
So, do not worry about this non-issue ,and concentrate on yur application.
