Hi, everybody.


I have a question in regards to when should I apply to medical school? I am a Senior in college--expect to graduate Spring 2013. I have also completed most of the prerequisites; however, when should I apply?

that really all depends if you have done enough volunteer, research, and other EC. When you take the mcat, shadowing experience, obtained LOR. I would start volunteering and researching this summer if you have not already started, study for the mcat, take it in sept. Maybe start shadowing as well if you have time. Build up your resume and apply summer 2013?

If you are trying not to have a gap year then you would apply this June in order to matriculate next July. However, that depends on whether your pre-req's are done, you are taking the MCAT, you have LOR's lined up, etc.
