When to expect Interview Invites?

Other than Nova and Midwestern, when should we hear back from the dental schools after file completion date?
< 4 weeks? 4-6 weeks? 6-8 weeks?

I would say 4-6 weeks.

It seems from what I can find that interview invites generally start as early as mid-late August.

This does not apply to all schools either, only the earlier ones.

Yeah, it depends on how early it is, the earlier you get it in, the longer you're going to have to wait for an interview invite. I'd suspect that the first big round of interview invites for most schools will go out in the next month or so. Some schools though, like Pitt, do interviews later than others, so it will probably be another 2 months or so until you might get one in that case.

If you apply later - after the big batches - you can usually expect to hear back sooner. I applied in November and got 2 interview invites within 2 weeks of the schools getting my apps. Of course, it's much better to be earlier, as you've got a greater chance of actually getting an invite.

all dental schools in general. How long is the processing time to review an application after it is complete. When can we start hearing of results?

When did you finish your application for MCG? When is your interview date?

I was one of the first to apply to Case Western and it's rolling admission. I was offered an interview 7/16/2010 and scheduled it today. Once applications start to pile up, expect to wait longer at all schools.
