I am kinda confused here as to what you are looking for as a response.
Your first post sounded great. If you are taking the MCAT in July and apply as soon as possible when you get scores back, sounds great.
BUT then you go on and say you are planning on applying now? The cycle for the upcoming Fall class is still taking applications
I do feel as if it is the practice of podiatry that may be the issue with the lack of residency...or the fact that they are accepting too many people. Which is why I am terrified that if I apply in August that it will be the year they accept less applicants. If you can go through all 4yrs of podiatry school then you deserve to have your school place you into a residency. Plain, fair, and simple. Pay $200K to get a letter saying "Thank you for the money over these four years, but we regret to inform you that due to our countries lack of care for the field of podiatry we could not find a placement for you in residency."
Don't enter the data now, it will get deleted.
