When to send AMCAS in?

A bit a of a random question but for someone taking the MCAT in June/July - when should they send in AMCAS? After the MCAT or the beginning of June?
And if it's the beginning of June would you apply to all intended schools or just one to be verified?

Why are you bumping? Your question has been answered.
But I think whether you submit to all schools or just one to be verified is a matter of preference - unless you don't have your school list finalized, don't have the funds to submit to all your schools yet, or are considering withdrawing your application if your MCAT score is poor, I would just go ahead and list them all when you submit.

Submit in June. Add only those schools that you would apply to regardless of score (like your state school and a dream school). I could be wrong, but schools are not even going to send you secondaries until you have an MCAT score, but you can at least get your transcrips verified by submitting in June.

Send it as soon as they'll let you (June 2). Schools will get the MCAT score as soon as it's available.
