My current plan is to take the DAT at the end of this August and apply for the '10 entrance in May 2009. I'm hearing conflicting info regarding when scores should be sent.
- Does the ADA automatically send the scores to the schools you initially requested to be recipients? If so, will the schools mistake the scores to be intended for application for '09 entrance and hence throw them out after the cycle is over?
- Will I have a chance to request more schools to be recipients after I take the DAT? How does this work? Is it ok to only request five schools to be recipients and decide if one should add more schools to the roster after the DAT is done (so if I do horribly on the DAT, I at least didn't waste money on schools with which I have no chance)?
Thanks!
