I was planning on sending a primary to a throwaway school in order to get verified then submitting the rest of my primaries after I received my MCAT score but, I recently have heard rumors that schools will give interviews and secondaries without an MCAT score. This is making me think that maybe I should submit my primaries to all of the schools I want to go to in May when the cycle opens without an MCAT. This makes me feel uncomfortable because if I end up doing bad on the MCAT and have to wait another cycle to apply I will be considered a "re-applicant" to all of the schools I sent my primary into. I am very confused as to what to do and guidance would be greatly appreciated. What initially made me consider this option is a video by Dr. Andre Pinesett's youtube channel saying that applicants who do not have their MCAT score yet should "take their MCAT in September and send in their primaries as soon as the cycle opens as a result of the CVOID situation".

Wait, which schools are doing this? as far as I've heard, schools will send out secondaries, but won't grant interviews until scores are in. If your score comes back in early August, I think for this cycle specifically, it will still be early enough to send in your application. So you can wait until you receive your score

thats what I was thinking but then I saw this guys youtube channel where he was talking about taking your MCAT in September and sending in primaries in May. It got me super confused. Heres the link:

Regardless of how credible he is, you should still prepare to take the MCAT as early as you can. Do what you originally planned to do, which is to wait until you get your score back before sending out all your primaries. Having an August complete date is not super late. Pre-write secondaries after you've taken your MCAT.
