When to send Letters?

My letters from a physician and from my pre-med committee have both now been uploaded on Interfolio. I'm still waiting to be verified for AACOMAS. Should I send the letters now, or wait until I'm verified?

Wait until you get verified and send your letters as soon as you get the secondaries from the schools you applied to. That way they will have a file set up for you and the chances of the letters getting misplaced goes down.
