When to send Rec Letters and Transcript?

My school sends the LORs in a bundle and I was just wondering when I should have those sent out. I know we can't send them until we get our AADSAS number, so should I send them as soon as I submit my app. Same goes for transcripts. Thanks everyone!

Send them out as soon as you start up an account with AADSAS. NOT when you submit your application.
