When to send the application processing fee to schools

I was wondering if we're supposed to send the processing fee whenever we submit the AADSAS or just wait for the e_mail and if asked send it?

I'm pretty sure that there are countless threads on this forum that deal with the same question, but yeah, send those application fees as soon as possible so that they won't delay reviewing your application.
