I am planning on applying this cycle but I dont feel like I have a good chance of getting into a program. My cumulative GPA is about 3.2. I'm planning on taking the OAT on Sep. 15th and the only shadowing experience I have is about 15 hours. Should I just apply asap or is it better to try to get more shadowing hours and then apply in October? Oh I forgot to mention I'm gonna be a 4th year if that matters.

ur gpa is good and it depends on your OAT from here on out. some schools require more than 15 hours. what is your top choice? or where do you wanna apply?

Apply asap, almost all schools have rolling admissions! the avg gpa for most schools is around 3.3 so you are around the same range. But your OAT is more important, try to above avg. score around 350 and you will greatly improve your chances. when you apply add few hrs to your shadowing experience since by the time you get your interview you would have completed them anyways. Your reference letters and extra curricular also play a major role.
