As soon as possible. Start on your personal statement, ask people for letters, and also start looking for school that you are interested in and also find few schools that you would have a nice chance of getting into based on your stats and EC.

Look at schools now. Don't apply anywhere that you couldn't be happy. And get your AMCAS done and sent in early June.
For now, work on your personal statement (have it done and edited 47 times by the end of May) and talk to people who can write letters of recommendation for you once you get the secondaries from individual schools.

start now, so you'll be ready to click 'send' the day the mcat scores come out.
