At what point do you think it would be ok for me to start rejecting interview offers? I don't want to lose my chance at acceptance, but I also don't have the money to get to all 11 schools I applied to (not likely to get that many interviews anyway). How many interviews do you think a person needs to have a good shot at getting an acceptance?

Check out my stats if it helps.

you have solid stats, i'd say 3-5 to be very safe, unless you are a horrible interviewer:/

don't do it until you've been extended an offer of admission. it'd kinda suck to interview at a handful of places and not get into any (it happens), only to regret turning down others.

I'd say go to as many as you can afford. I also wouldn't straight up reject any. If you aren't sure if you'll be able to afford an interview and it isn't one of your top choices, schedule the interview for after December 1st. That way you can decline it if you get an acceptance somewhere else.

I think we all worked hard to get an interview, and it does not hurts to take all the chances. Every interview is going to be a learning experience. I am sure you get couple of those interviews in few months. Good luck👍

if you have a solid interviewing skill and got interviews from many places, i would say just go to 3-4 schools that offered you interview. If you seem to be getting interviews from pretty much all the schools you applied, then most likely, you will get in somewhere.

After you get into UCSF. Then all else is just for show...

You are considering rejecting interviews, i havent even gtten any feedback from schools yet they just recieved my app. When did your app go out that your rejecting??
