So I am transfering from a CC to a university this fall. I slightly changed my major and am pretty set on it. This is my plan:
Year one at university: enroll fall, winter, spring, summer quarter
Year two at university: enroll fall, winter, spring (take a light load, begin serious mcat study) summer: do not enroll, study/take august MCAT
Year three: enroll fall-this is the quarter i will gradute) enroll winter and spring as well as post bac. Apply when the AMCAS/AACOMAS come out in June.
I had some mishaps at the CC and think I will be more competitive by waiting to apply my third year at this new school. Yes, I know, there will be a year long gap. I planned it that way.
I know everyone is different, but is this MCAT study plan an okay idea?
