I had a question reguarding when to submit my AMCAS app. I plan on having everything done so that when MCAT scores are released, I just have to enter them and click submit. However, i am taking 6 hrs of bio classes in the summer of which i KNOW i will get A's in both. Should I wait till August so I can enclude on my app? Thanks

My recommendation is not to wait. Submit your AMCAS as soon as you can, then when you have the grades you can always send update letters to schools.

Is sending update letters done through AMCAS?

  5. You can send the updated grades to each school you apply to.

You might be able to update your stuff on AMCAS but I doubt it. You'd then have to send them updated transcripts too.

No, that you'd have to do for each school individually, but its a good way to show your interest in that school and provide some new information.
