So i just got my mcat the other day. V: 6, P: 10, B:9, WS: Q. 25Q. My sci gpa is a 3.77 and my non-sci is 3.74. I have my AMCAS application ready to submit but I don't want to be rejected immediately because of my mcat score. Should i submit, retake mcat, and send my scores. Or should i retake the mcat and submit my score when I get it.

Indicate on your AMCAS that you'll be retaking the MCAT, and then submit early. That way your transcripts will be verified.
When you submit, just designate one school. If your MCAT score goes up and your verbal is over 7, add and pay for more schools. The new schools get your application within a day, as the transcripts are already verified. If you can´t get the verbal up, you´ll save thousands of dollars by not sending in unscreened secondaries for schools where you have no chance.
Why send to just one school? I was planning on Loma Linda considering they do accept an mcat of 25. Not to mention I have a LOR from a priest and some religious-affiliated activities. Now that I have the summer to study I know my mcat will be higher.
Also. I've heard that submitting the AMCAS application with the designation that upcoming MCAT scores should be expected simply translates into "don't review my application till i send my new scores." Is this true?
