when to submit application

Hi, just wondering when I should submit my application. I am applying to both MD and DO. I take my MCAT on June 20 so my score will not be returned until July 20. I have very good LORs and ECs. I have filled out the DO application and have all my LORs on interfolio and have my transcripts on their way to AACOMAs. The AACOMA has my stats as the following: total gpa non science 3.90 total science 3.58 and total cumulative 3.79.

Question: when should I submit the app at the time it opens next month or wait until July when I have my test scores back? Or doesn't it matter that much?

Check out the verification time for when you want to submit. If you wait until July, your app won't be sent to schools until early September.

I would apply to one school on the first day and then add more schools when your score comes back. They will get the application immediately.

Agree. Get the ball rolling on verification ASAP! Think "rate limiting step."
