So I am taking the MCAT in July and need only one more LOR. Can i submit my app after i get that last LOR? Also, will they see all scores from each time I took it? even if i dont list it on my app?

You have to list all your MCAT dates and scores and on your application. No exceptions. When you electronically submit your MCAT scores to verify, they send all the scores.
