When would it be considered "late" to submit an application to NYITCOM (both campuses)?

I'm curious when it would be considered "late" to submit an application to NYITCOM (both campuses), as I know it is one of the more competitive DO schools. Does anyone possess any insight regarding this?

Stats:
cGPA: 3.3X (upward trend over last 70 credits)
sGPA: 3.1X (upward trend over last 40 credits)
MCAT: 511

After Thanksgiving but it is better to do it now. Some schools have now started to fill their class by Dec in the last couple cycles.

Almost every school has filled seats, it’s just a matter of how many. I know one school don’t remember which has already filled more than half the class.
