When to submit your letters

So I did one of those letter writing services through my university. I was just wondering if you have the service release the letters when I submit my primary or do they go with the secondaries?

I believe all letters are going through AMCAS this year. You'll just add a packet letter from your school to AMCAS. Once your primary application is submitted, you give the request form to your school's premed office and they'll release them.
