When to take the PCAT

I know this may sound like a dumb question but when should you take the PCAT? I am planning to apply in the 2014-2015 cycle, hoping to start fall 2015. I know applications open in June of 2014, but is it okay if I take the PCAT after I submit my application (around fall 2014).... or would that be too late? Will it affect my chances of getting into schools?

If you want to apply for early decision take it in July. If not there is no harm taking it September. Just give yourself time to take it a second time just incase
