I'm planning on applying this summer for the entering class of Fall 2010, and will be take a PCAT prep course from Jun-Aug set up for the August test date. But I've been told that since scores are usually evaluated by precentile, it's better to take the test in October because the August curve is relatively high (supposedly because people have time to study over the summer). Is this a myth, or should I really postpone until October?
