Usually, when do you take these exams,
step3, written board, and oral board?

Written: November after graduation
No, you do not need to be board-certified to find a job. Complete board certification won't happen until you pass the oral exams, which is either in April (if you're lucky) or October of the year following completion of residency.Sorry. I am more confused now...
1. Usually we take board exams after we graduate from the program? We don't need license/EM board certified to find a job?
2. I need CME credits to apply for the exam, license, or board certified? How to get it?
Thanks!
Which you have to apply for by 31 August (at the latest), and, if you're a screw-up like me, and missed last year, look closely that you need 5 CME credits by 31 August, and scramble to get them online (which I did).
WTH? 5 CME credits? I didn't get any CME credits between graduation and the written boards. What's that all about?
