usually for opt schools, do people turn in their applications at the beginning of september? thanks!

People usually try to turn them in as soon as they can after the application term starts. Applications are usually first available from Aug. 1st - Sept 1st, depending on the school. You should try to turn in your application as soon as you can after the application is available.
