When to update schools?

I'm waiting for a post-interview decision from 3 T20s* and I recently submitted two first-author manuscripts related to the medical humanities. I'm wondering if I should send an update letter to those schools I'm waiting to hear back from, or wait until decisions come out in March so I can write a more substantive LOI in the event of a WL.

Would greatly appreciate anyone's thoughts!

*what is T20 anyway
