When/where do I send my transcripts?

Ok, I already applied through AADSAS and went to a few interviews. This semester is about to end; do I have to send my transcript again at the end of this semester or once I graduate? Do I do it through AADSAS or to the schools directly?! Thank you!

Talking about transcripts, one of my schools I interviewed at has requested transcripts, but I'm too cheap (and a little lazy) to send them so I'm going to wait until I get an acceptance. One transcript fee can pay for 2 beers btw.
