Are these questions timed and how does the scoring work? Any breaks?

I've only done the tutorial- I'm saving the Qs b/c I'm using it as a practice test at the prometric site. You can choose timed or tutor mode- I think it just gives a percent correct per block. You can use the medfriends score estimator- that's what most people do I think.
