Where are the residency listings?

Hey guys,
I'm trying to locate the residency matchings for Cornell, Stanford, etc... just to see where students go after med school. is there an official list or am I not allowed??? Thanks.

Schools usually publicize their match lists, although they might not be posted online. Try doing google searches to find them... I imagine calling schools to ask them to mail you a copy of their most recent list may be met with mixed results.

It's common sense, but as a rule the "quality" of match lists closely parallels US News rankings, with few exceptions. For example, most med students at "top" schools take residencies in competitive "top" university-affiliated hospitals, with the exception of students who are sponsored by the military. Many students also tend to stay in the same region as their medical school for residency, so most Stanford grads will match in CA, and most Cornell grads end up in NY.
