Anyone know where I can find a list of open positions for PGY1, 2, 3 etc... For different residency programs nationwide? Or do I have to contact each program I'm interested in individually?

Depends on the specialty.

EM has something (SAEM.org I think)
OB has the ACOG site
There are probably others. You could try searching the relevant professional board and society websites (ABIM, ACP, ABS, ABR, AAFP, whatever it is you're looking for)

Most specialties you have to do your own legwork.
