Where can I find the "Instructional Program on COMLEX-USA Level 2-PE" ?

I was reading the orintation Guide for COMLEX PE; in the document, it mentioned: "...a DVD Instructional Program on COMLEX-USA Level 2-PE has been provided to the Office of the Dean at each of the colleges of osteopathic medicine, and is also available for viewing on NBOME's website."

I cannot locate this on nbome.org. Any help?

I really do need a lot of luck....I think somehwere in the guideline says we may need to do a treatment... How are we suppose to fit in a few minutes of treatment in a 14 minutes interview/phys exam combo!!?
