So I think I misunderstood the concept of "rolling admission" and just realized that several of my schools have already accepted their classes.

At this point in the game, where else should I apply?

Most basic Criteria for MSOT:
-In or near a city
-Will accept someone who hasn't taken physics [yet]
-Preferably east coast or west coast
-Not a weekend only program
-Not at risk of losing accreditation

Where have you applied already?

You can still apply practically anywhere. You've just missed a few early admissions deadline (usually Oct. 1) for programs that offer it. Most deadline are not until December or January. I can't think of any programs that are almost full at this point, since most are in the early stages of conducting interviews. Sure a few spots may be taken, but schools are having interviews from now until around May. It is to your advantage (!!!) to get your apps in early, like ASAP since once interviews start picking up in the fall the classes will begin to fill and your chances reduce significantly.

Columbia may still be open they don't use the OTCAS and don't have rolling admissions. Check for schools that don't use OTCAS.
