I'm sorry, I don't know where this should be posted. But I wanted to know where many of you got your avatar pics? Some of them are so funny!

< 뽀로로 Pororo and friends, its a cute Korean cartoon I watch with my little brothers 😳 sry mine isn't funny

Took my username from a favorite book character, then used an image of her (from the book cover) as the avatar. No one else here seems to be a Tamora Pierce fan, though 🙁

I ordered mine from a mail-order catalog.

I googled dog nerd. 🙄

Edit: Sorry, didn't know this was in Allo.

Reminds me of a guy who used to post here whose avatar was one of the genius dogs of 4chan. I forget his name, perry something maybe but he was a good poster too

Mines just a histology pic of acute myelogenous leukemia cause that's important for step one

I stole it. #copyrightviolation

That's you, right?

Stumbled upon mine while looking at some pictures of Alex Grey's artwork.

I like starburst amacrine cells and watching flying objects.

Someone posted this image on SDN a year or two ago, have no clue where it was, and since I am a history major, I thought it was fitting. It is a plague mask physicians would wear to protect themselves from the bubonic plague, in case someone doesn't know.

Looks like a bird person, it haunts my dreams.

My avatar is a symbol of my personality.

Lazy, unwilling to be outed on the internet, not significantly interested in outside endeavors, but at the same time don't want to be anything cheesily medically related (basically any Dr on TV, ever).

We should all have a connection with our pancreas, unless it's been zombied, then it needs some whipplin.

As far as I'm concerned my pancreas exists primarily to give me an incurable cancer in the future. I give it a swift punch each day to keep it in line.

2 purposes for me: 1) to eat whatever the hell I want and 2) that when I get cancer of that organ that everyone can leave me the hell alone and not bother me to get chemo/radiation/surgery whatever.

I love my pancreas otherwise I'd have diabetes.

That being said, the incurable cancer that will inevitably kill me will make the last 4-6 months of my life awesome as I blow all my money on having fun in my last remaining good QoL days.
