Ok, this question is more targeted towards students with families.....I recently checked out 3000 Grand apartments but they are a little expensive for my budget. I am looking for at least a 2bedroom place with at least 1000 sq ft. I have a 2yr old and she needs her running space in the apartment.

Any leads/suugestions would be HIGHLY appreciated.

P.S: I am looking for a space with no more than $1000 in rent+utilities etc.

My wife and I rent a house in a nice neighborhood (2 miles from school) for $1000/month. Utilites are about $100/month for energy/water/sewer/trash. Cable/internet is another $68/month (until the mediacom special runs out next year). Definitely check craigslist every day for about a month and a half before you're ready to move; you'll find the best deals there.

tnx BONER. and thnx for the PM too.

You can also live across the street at the Imperial i think which is cheaper then the 3000 grand, also if you are close enough you can get the schools wireless highspeed, which saves you more dough.
