where do I find the exam releases(the exam questions) from nbde1?

I am loking to take the nbde1 very soon and I have 2 questions:

1. Is there any way that I can get the nbde1 exam questions from the previous years the actual examination questions not the flash cards.I ask this question because a friend of mine gave me the multiple choise from the board exams from 1979 until 1989?

2.are the dental decks very different from year to year.I have bought the dental decks from 2006-2007. Do I need to buy the new ones in order to take the nbde1 this year?

I am also looking for any old exams for NBDE part 1 because i have none. I have no old exams. I will really appreciate it if any one can let me know how and where to get it.
