Where Do I Send My Grades From?

I am graduating at the end of this semester and plan on going home and taking some extra classes from a local university in the spring. As I am taking a year off, I haven't sent any of my transcripts to medical schools yet. When it comes time to do so, do I go to the school I graduated from or from my local university where I last took courses (only a semester's worth)?

"Official" not original.

AMCAS will tell you what to do about transcripts when you apply. The university you get into will tell you where to send your updated transcripts after you finish school.

You will have to send transcripts from each college/university you attended. It doesn't matter information is duplicated.
