Hey God bless,
Don't loose hope 🙂! Try to focus on decks (revise like 2-3 times IN & OUT) and keep doing anatomy and biochem from kaplan review book. Personally, I feel this would do it ... and if you have any doubts go & search for them on wikipedia & then do all the released papers. There are no repeats, but you will find them very useful. Some of the topics where you need to focus are as follows:
Addison's disease, cushing's syndrome; Glycolysis, Kreb's cycle and electron transport chain, with all their enzymes and in details; the rate limiting enzymes of all the major biochemical pathways; synthesis of non essential amino acids, specially from the intermediates of glycolysis and kreb's cycle; classification of amino acids, like, hydrophillic, hydrophobic and their subgroups; fatty acid synthesis along with citrate shuttle;
alkaline phosphatase; various enzyme deficiency diseases like phenylketoneuria, alkaptonuria, cystinuria, albinism etc.; main antibiotics, and their mechanisms of action; maxillary artery and branches, parotid gland; immunology
Hope this helps.
