Where do Temple med students live?

I'll be attending Temple med in the fall, and I was wondering where current Temple students are living. I'm planning on going apartment hunting next weekend 😀

One current first year med student lives in my house in East Falls. It seems that many live around the east falls / manyunk area. If you private message me I can give you my roommates info and you can get the scoop from him.

If you want more of an urban environment you can live pretty much anywhere in center city philadelphia and take pubic transportation in. Northern liberties (neighborhood on the northeast side of the city) tends to be cheaper and is close to Temple. East falls has a little more of a suburban feel to it, but still very nice and probably cheaper than anywhere downtown.

Does anyone know when Temple posts their list of people seeking roomates etc.? I'll be coming from N.O. so apartment hunting is going to prove to be a challenge. Also, I'm planning on brining my vehicle and I heard that some areas are hard to find parking.
