Where do you get the CBSE

I'm a bit confused, is there a difference between the NBME and CBSE exams? and where do you find them?

Actually, they're different --- the CBSE is an exam that you can only take through your school. NBME exams (also called CBSSA exams) are the ones that can be purchased for home use.
