i know that most absorption happen in the small intestine but wat bout digestion, is it mostly in the stomach or small intestine?

I would say the small intestine. All of the enzymes and amylases are present there.

Ya, no digestion happens in the latter two-thirds of the small intestine.
Just the first bit is where it all really happens.
