where does score report go? will website show pass/not pass before paper report?

Do you know if you can change where score report goes before you take step 3? I think i registered to my old address and recently moved. Does it have option at prometric to change? Also, does online tell u if u've passed before u get actual score report? It's bee awhile since step 2 so i've forgotten. thanks.

I don't ever recall getting a score report in the mail. They just sent an email when it was available on the website. They may not even mail scores out anymore.
