Hello fellow STN members old and new. I am still here, I have been very busy. I got married back in July it was BEAUTIFUL . We met on match.com , dated for 2 years and she is a medical malpractice Attorney who Defends Doctor and Dentists- thank God. The wedding could not have gone any better. I got married on the Great South Bay of NY in Long Island. Then I went off to Hawaii for 2 1/2 weeks . We went to three Island and had a blast. So what is going on with me now ? The following:
1) I am studying for part 2 at Kaplan to sit for the exam in DEC.
2) Programs I have applied for and am currently waiting on:
-Indiana University - Masters for Periodontology 3 yrs.
-University of Ill. at Chicago - 2 yr ASP
-University of Texas at San Antonio - 2 yr. ASP
-University of Texas at Houston - 2 yr. ASP
-University of Florida - 3 Yr. Masters in Prosthodontics
-Nova Southeastern - 3 year ASP ( only to practice in Florida) I have residences in NY and FL.
-University of Penn - 3 year ASP
-Boston University - 3 Year Master in Prosthodontics
-Temple University - 3 year Masters in Periodontology
-SUNY Buffalo - 3 year ASP
-University of Rochester Eastman Dental - AEGD 2 year program
For those of you who don't know me my name is Bill I am an American who has earned his DDS abroad from the Dominican Republic. What is special about me, well I am on of 15 family members who graduated abroad . So we are and I am very versed on what it is to get into the American System. I am here to help anyone to the best of my ability and knowledge. I do not claim to know everything but I know a lot from my research, experience, and my membership to the ADEA which is the American Dental Education Association. Please don't ask me to post my stats . No offense . I believe there is more to a person then there grades. I leave that info to the people who need to know.
I will say I did just average all around. I did not get into the 90s on part 1 but remain proud of my grade and my effort.
I have work for the past two years for a very prominent Temp agency that only puts me in the best Dental Specialty Practices in Manhattan Or NYC. The pay and the experience is the best I know anywhere.
