You can totally apply to both. The only challenge that I see is managing both applications, requisites and supplementals.

Yes you can, but be aware if you apply to the same university with two different programs they will know.

Thank you. I thought there may be some challenges, as MATCH result will be released on January.

Yeah, like prospects stated u don't want to seem desperate to apply to different programs within the same institution.
