where is the search function?

i want to search for threads, but i can't find the search function, could somebody help me?

Yeah I was going to track down the thread on what to wear on interviews and can't find the Search button. It's usually up along with the User CP, FAQ, Members list, etc. I've used it before, but now it has dissapeared. 😕

Scroll to the bottom of the Fourm page... There is a Google Search Box. It states, "Search SDN Fourms" Never used it, but I assume this is what you are looking for.

search results using the google search are really broad... is there some way to restrict it to specific subforums?

Server Smoked (Search Disabled) from 10/7 to 10/31
The SDN Forums database server died. It served us well until its last days. But it's in a better place now.

However, our backup server is now installed and seems to be working well.

Because the backup server is rather slow, search has been disabled temporarily. Please use the Google Search function for now.
