Hey guys,

I am from NJ, so my top schools are NJMS and Robert Wood but my stats are right on the median for these schools:

GPA: 3.6 cumm, 3.5 Science - I have a huge upward trend
MCAT: 30 12:9:9
Extra curriculars: shadowing internship, independent research and thesis, volunteer EMT, sales position, volunteer work up the wazoo with church youth group, treasurer of school club, in AED honors society...etc

So what schools in the tri-state area (including NY,NJ,Conn,PA) are good schools with these stats to apply to?

Thanks!

Didn't you buy the MSAR? Where, based on your research would you be a good fit?

both rutgers schools will be a reach unless you are a URM. NJMS really likes high MCATs

Moving to WAMC.

Buy MSAR.

Off the top of my head for schools to consider - Temple, Drexel, Jefferson, TCMC, Penn State, NYMC. But you should check the MSAR info on those schools to double check.

You do realize that tri-state means three states, aka NY, NJ and Penn, not NY, NJ, Penn, Conn, which is 4 states by the way.

I do, just wanted to give another I was interested in...thanks for all the help

Throw in Albany, Rowan, Cooper, NYCOM, PCOM, both NY Touros, U VT, Quinnipiac, LECOM, Rochester (maybe). You're fine for all the NJ Schools.
