Where should I apply?

1. cGPA 3.25 and sGPA 2.96
2. Have taken the MCAT once and got a 500 taking it again in March
3. Resident of Florida
4. Female Hispanic
5. BS at University of Florida in Biochemistry
6. Only about 150 hours of clinical experience (shadowing) but am going to be working as a scribe for my gap year
7. 2.5 years of research (about 600 hours)
8. Worked all throughout my undergrad
9. Lacking volunteer hours that I hope to get throughout my gap year

I really have no idea what DO schools to apply to and any help would be appreciated

It would help your application if you could take 1 or 2 science courses at a local college in order to raise your sGPA to 3.0 . I suggest these DO schools with your stats:

I was born in Venezuela and am fluent in Spanish.

Post your new MCAT score here when available. If you have a significant improvement you may have a chance at some of the Florida MD schools. In the meantime increase that sGPA to 3.0 .
