Where should I apply?

Some say that it is hard to get into out of state public schools.....

......but some say it is easier because they charge out of state applicants with twice the fees....all they want is the money. Is this true?

My over all GPA is 3.25 (Science=3.45/4.0), DAT = 19.6, electrical engineering, resident of Illinois.

Where should I apply?

You've got two public dental schools in-state between SIU and UIC. Start there; that already gives you a leg up on a lot of applicants who don't have any options in-state.

Thanks for the reply, aphistis. Do you think it is easier for me to get into Tufts? Or Indiana U.?
