where should I list my internship?

Internship in my country is a prerequisite for residency but not part of residency. Should I list it with work experience or training? The Training part has only 3 options: residency, fellowship and osteopathic internship.

Internship is done in different specialties ,so u cannot put it under the above three options.You have to put it under the experience section.
